About Juan

From Licensed Agent to National Provider Strategist to Founder

More than 15 years accompanying families, professionals, and entrepreneurs in the United States — with the credentials, leadership record, and mission to match.

Professional Journey

Juan Ignacio Baldrich began his career in financial services in 2010, earning his Florida 2-15 Health & Life insurance license (License P230623, NPN 15714451). From 2011 to 2014 he also served as a registered independent financial advisor in Florida (Series 65), working under the fiduciary standard — a formative experience that shaped his client-first philosophy: recommendations must serve the client's interest, not the product's commission.

As a financial advisor, Juan built his practice around comprehensive protection and wealth-preservation planning — with deep, hands-on experience in annuities and life insurance — serving entrepreneurs, companies, and families. That work was never done alone: he developed close working relationships with attorneys, tax attorneys, CPAs, and tax specialists, coordinating each client's insurance and annuity strategy with their tax and legal picture. That cross-professional discipline — seeing a family's finances the way an attorney and an accountant see them — still defines how he approaches health and life coverage today.

His early years were not without setbacks. As Juan told Voyage MIA Magazine, he initially struggled as an independent financial advisor before rebuilding his career inside broker-dealers and insurance companies — an experience that taught him, in his words, that success requires "consistency, humility, and the willingness to keep showing up even when things get hard."

That persistence carried him to the role of Chief Provider Strategist for one of the largest health insurance agencies in the United States, where he led strategic initiatives to strengthen provider relationships and empower independent insurance agents. There he developed deep operational expertise in Medicare Advantage, marketplace health plans, provider risk alignment, capitation models, and quality performance metrics.

It was also there that he recognized a significant gap in how Hispanic families were being served by the U.S. health insurance system. In 2019, he founded Panel Development Partners Agency and built TuSeguroMedico.com — a Spanish-language platform offering affordable health and life insurance guidance with what he calls "a personal, human touch." The organization has since grown from a small local agency into a multistate network serving families and providers across Florida, Texas, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.

Leadership Philosophy

"Develop emotional intelligence and the ability to read people. Build trust — not empty transactions."

Juan's leadership approach combines three commitments:

  • Technology — a 100% digital enrollment experience with CRM-driven workflows, so families get fast, accurate service.
  • Transparency — verifiable credentials, plain-language education, and honest plan comparisons.
  • Empathy — bilingual service built around the real lives of the families being served.

Mission & Values

Juan's stated mission is to "empower providers and clients, and protect our Hispanic community" by simplifying access to health coverage. That mission extends beyond insurance sales into consumer education, provider advocacy, and mentorship of independent agents — because an informed consumer and a well-aligned provider network produce better health outcomes for everyone.
